The staff made room for the kids to play knee hockey and wall ball, which gave them something to do while parents could relax and socialize. Knee hockey was in a lower-level room, and wall ball was in a nearby hallway. The large lobby also fit several teams and families comfortably without feeling crowded. For a hockey tournament weekend, the hotel served its purpose, but the property is dated and needs updates, better cleanliness, and clearer communication about amenities. Before arriving, we called to ask for a room that would work better for our family and children. The larger rooms were already booked, but staff offered a corner room. It was spacious, which we appreciated, but had only two full-size beds. Families with several kids may want to bring an air mattress or sleeping pad. We checked in after midnight. The front desk agent asked for my ID and handed over keys that were ready. When I asked about luggage carts, I was told there were only three and none in the lobby, so we should look around. After carrying some luggage upstairs, we found a cart in a hallway and brought it down ourselves. The room looked worn. There were many carpet stains, including one that appeared to look like blood, and the shower curtain and liners were stained too. Our hockey group had been told breakfast was included, but at arrival we learned our package didn't include it. There were no microwaves in the rooms, and the mini-fridges barely worked. The pool water was extremely cold, and the lower-level hallway to it smelled bad and didn't feel especially clean.

We held an event in the main ballroom, and it was lovely. The food was warm and tasty, and the wait staff were friendly and polite. Parking in the city garage wasn't too expensive, always a plus.

For hockey families, this was easily the best tournament hotel we've stayed at over all the years our kids have played. The staff were incredibly accommodating and understood the group they were hosting. They gave the kids plenty of room for knee hockey and let them have fun being kids. At the last minute, they even set up a side room where we could watch the Bills game, right next to the wide open hall where the kids played. So convenient. Every employee we spoke with was courteous. We were really happy with our stay and how we were treated. Thanks for a great time!

I paid 700 for two nights and this place wasn't worth the money. It was run down, the pool was freezing, and the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Our shower tile was cracked in several places. The room fridge was hot and not running, and they never kept clean towels stocked in the pool area. The little convenience pantry was almost empty, with most shelves bare, and what it did have was way overpriced. At night it was loud outside, with gunshots, sirens, and general chaos. There were also sketchy people hanging around the hotel grounds. I wouldn't stay here again.

The restaurant food was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The stay wasn't bad, but for the price of one night we expected more. The pictures on the app and website didn't show the place accurately, which was disappointing. The beds are small.
