I paid in full for a handicap-accessible room near the elevator with two Queen beds because Dave is a totally handicapped vet who can’t walk any distance. We planned to get out of the truck near the elevator and go straight to the room. When we arrived, they said that room wasn’t available. They put us on the second floor, as far from the elevator as you could get. That was painful. The room had just one bed, though we’d paid for two. The desk told us the couch pulled out into a bed, but there were no sheets, pillows, or blankets. When I called again, they brought up the bedding and handed it to us without making up the bed. There was no bottled water either. They told me tough luck, so I paid $9 for three bottles that night. This was the worst experience I’ve had in all my years of travel. I’ll never stay there again or tell anyone to stop there. It’s junk.

There were seven of us plus our dog, and we all fit comfortably in the room. The staff were very friendly and helped with whatever we needed. We especially appreciated being able to bring our dog. We’d definitely stay again.

Keshang, the young man at the desk, was so friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean, and there was hot coffee and cookies in the lobby. It’s a great hotel, and I’d happily stay here again.

Having KFC, MCDONALD, STARBUCKS, and burger places nearby was convenient, and there’s a gas station across the street. The meals were simple and neatly prepared. We stopped here on a long drive before our family’s first trip to New York, and choosing this hotel worked out really well. The two queen beds and sofa bed I booked gave all five of us enough room to rest. The pool was open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., so I got to swim with the kids twice during our one-night, two-day stay. At breakfast, the kids were given toys after they finished eating and loved them. Thanks for being so thoughtful. I’d like to stay here again next time.
