The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The young woman at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. The decor felt old-fashioned, but it was quiet most of the time. You could hear people walking on the balcony, though.

They were careful with our privacy when friends came to meet us: the staff stayed polite but wouldn’t share our friends’ room number or information. The lobby had a welcoming feel, with plants and a floral scent. I booked the king suite with a jacuzzi, and the room had lots of space. The jacuzzi area was cute, with steps and mirrors, and the bathroom and everything else were very clean.

For the price, this was a great value in a convenient spot in Torrington. I had a pleasant stay, with a clean, comfortable, well-kept room. The staff made check-in and check-out quick and easy by being friendly and helpful. If you just need an affordable, simple place to stay, it’s a solid option.

The gazebo is a lovely place to relax in summer, especially with the birds around the feeder. My room felt cozy, and the space was very well kept. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms have lots of space, and the place is always clean. Staff are respectful and kind, and the service is great. I’d recommend staying here, even if you just want a quiet night away.
