We trusted the positive reviews and had the worst experience. The place was outdated, smelly, and filthy, with very poor and unsafe hygiene. We asked to switch rooms, but the second was no different from the first. The doors were off their hinges, the rooms smelled, and the couch was extremely dirty. The bed seemed okay, but this hotel definitely wasn’t worth the price.

The front desk staff were friendly, but I wouldn’t rate this as a three-star hotel. The rooms are already looking dated again, even though the “newly renovated” work was apparently done at least six years ago, in June 2019. The wallpaper is faded and peeling, and there are hooks on the walls with no pictures or decorations. A corner lamp wasn’t plugged in because its outlet was connected to a broken switch. Smoke smell was noticeable in the room and hallways, even though the facility was supposed to be smoke-free. At best, I’d call it a two-star place.

The rooms were clean and the staff were nice, but I was worried about our safety. We were on the ground floor, and the sliding glass door didn’t close properly. My husband stayed awake all night. The hotel itself is nice, but honestly, the security wasn’t good.

I was so disappointed that I want a refund. The shower was dirty and had no cold water, only hot or boiling hot, and the toilet seat was broken. The TV and cable didn’t work either. They charged me far too much for such a terrible night. They offer nothing, and it cost more than a much better hotel I stayed at the night before. I strongly don’t recommend this place. Stay away.
