Vail Spa has been our choice for years for a big family group spanning several ages. The staff are always kind and accommodating, whether it's accepting packages, arranging extra cleanings, or being especially nice to the kids. The condos are comfortable and clean, the pools and jacuzzis are great, and the mountain is an easy walk away. It makes a perfect base for our annual family reunion on the slopes. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at Vail Spa Condominiums twice, and both visits were among our most enjoyable lodging experiences in Vail. The condos are beautifully maintained and conveniently placed near Lionshead Village, only steps from the Eagle Bahn Gondola (19). There's also a town bus stop right in front. The indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, and shared spaces are all well kept. Every front desk team member was warm, professional, and attentive, and we felt treated with real courtesy and respect from arrival onward. Manager Jessica and receptionists Ivy and Kelly especially stood out for their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. The other staff were just as attentive, though I can't remember all their names. I left very satisfied and look forward to coming back.

I like that Vail Spa sits outside the middle of Vail Village and Lionshead, while still being a short walk or bus ride from both. The rooms are spacious, and the place has covered parking, a private tennis court, an indoor and outdoor pool, and hot tubs. The staff are very friendly too. It's a great choice for a summer or winter trip to Vail, and I can't recommend it enough.

Year after year, Vail Spa makes our visits comfortable, thanks to its proximity to Lionshead Village, friendly staff, and free machine coffee. I've stayed here for years. The building is older, but it still has a timeless feel, and my experiences have been consistently pleasant.
