We found a great outfit for the flight home here. Vail Sports in Lionsheads Village has loads of men's and women's clothing, plus ski gear. It's one of the area's premier outdoor clothing stores.

Micah and his team at Vail Sports 21 were wonderful when I rented a snowboard for my annual family ski trip. The gear looked new and was well cared for. We discovered a problem with one binding strap after taking the gondola up, but the staff were kind and fixed it right away, so we enjoyed the rest of the day. When I returned the board after nearly a full day skiing, the manager recognized that the repair had cost us a few hours on the slopes and refunded the rental without being asked. He took the initiative to make things right. I appreciated how much he and the staff cared about our time and experience. We'll rent from them again on future Vail trips, and I'll recommend the shop to our skiing family and friends.

Luke and Priscilla were fantastic at helping my sister and me find the right ski boots. Luke also gave me great advice while I demoed skis, and I ended up buying a new pair. Being able to put two days of demo payments toward the skis was a nice touch. The team gave us personal attention that went beyond what I expected. Couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend this shop and location.

I know boarding, but my 12-year-old daughter skis, and I had no idea how to help her. Micah and the staff were so friendly and helpful, with lots of people pitching in. I've been coming to Vail for years, and this was amazing, above-and-beyond service. Highly recommend!

Friendly, welcoming people and an easy, efficient rental. The skis were good quality, and I'd rent here again. Is there storage at the shop? It'd be nice not to have to haul the gear back to wherever you're staying.
