The staff made our weekend feel special. Ms. Genesis at the desk was patient while I changed my mind about which room to choose, and even walked me around to see a few options. Ms. Sammie also helped check in other family members. Everyone we met was welcoming and had such great hospitality. My brother is now a Minister there, so even though I live four hours away, I plan to visit once a month and stay at Best Western Valdosta. Our Queen room had a slight view, a comfortable bed, plenty of space, a kitchenette, and a good-sized bathroom. It was clean and well kept. The lobby was pleasant, clean, and quiet, and the hallways and elevators smelled clean too, with no musty or moldy odor. Best Western clearly takes pride in this gem. We enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast. I believe Ruth made the grits, and they were the best by far. The food was good and presented well. The pictures are nice, but it’s even better in person. Thanks to the whole staff for making our family stay such a pleasant one.

The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the room was laid out really well. Being right by the interstate is handy when you’re traveling. The front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating, especially Michael Hall. I’d definitely recommend it.

We take part in the Honey Bee Fesival every year, and usually end up at below-standard hotels. This time was amazing. We were traveling as a big group, and the hotel let us park our dune buggys in their field so we could enjoy the weekend together. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Thanks for the true southern hospitality!

We keep choosing this Best Western Plus because it feels like our home away from home. The rooms are clean, breakfast is awesome, and the staff are so sweet. Genesis at the front desk is always warm, friendly, and helpful. Amy and the rest of the cleaning staff do a great job keeping everything spotless and smelling good, and the women who cook and serve breakfast are kind too. We love this place and come back often.

The location didn’t work well for us, since Burger King and Waffle House were the only nearby restaurants we found. For a proper meal, delivery is probably your option. Our suite had a kitchenette but no dinnerware, so it wasn’t much use. Still, we loved the room, the hotel amenities, and the wonderful staff.
