El Rancho Inn & Suites

My husband booked a room for three months and drove for three days, only to be told there were no rooms. The service was awful. Not knowing whether you have rooms available is irresponsible and unprofessional. He'd stayed there before, but he won't make that mistake again. Doesn't even deserve an X!

The manager and owner are cool, and they let you barbecue in the parking lot. They provide clean bedding and towels when you need them. I'd give five stars if there were more parking.

The outside was well kept and tucked away, so it was quiet. I loved the stay, even though the rooms were a little run down and kind of small.

I've called several times over the past few months, and they never have a room available. Yet I've seen open-room listings on other sites.
