Quality Inn near Six Flags Discovery Kingdom - Napa Valley

The room was a good size and very clean, and the location was great for restaurants and shopping. Still, it was noisy. I could hear the heater in the next room for most of my stay. Check-in also involved three separate charges, for the room, early check-in, and deposit, which made no sense to me. I'd stay again, but in a different part of the hotel, nowhere near room 121.

Courtney, Chloe, Adrian, and Kartik were the best part of this place. The rest of our extended stay was awful. We had to move rooms because of a broken toilet and ants, and the next room had mold. Somehow that was blamed on me. There were also stained linens, and then they kept my deposit for them. Our vehicle was broken into, and although there was nothing they could do, our police report wasn't even taken seriously. You can hear everything people do, upstairs, downstairs, in the office, and in the elevator. They say you can't stay past 21 days, but didn't tell us until weeks later, then put us on a “do not rent” list when we checked out. Housekeeping was extremely rude, as if they forgot they work for customers. Even the staff seemed afraid of them. We were repeatedly told to wait for things until housekeeping had left for the day because staff didn't want to deal with them. LUIS needs to be investigated for bad business practices and how he treats his employees. He owed me a credit, but when he applied the $30, he had raised the room price so it was still more than I'd been paying per night. Luis, you owe me my deposit. I contacted a lawyer. Don't stay here until Luis is removed. The staff and customers deserve better.

For an affordable night or a few nights, this is one of the best places around. It's less than 10 minutes from Six Flags, and unlike other nearby hotels, it was clean and free of bed bugs or ants. The staff were very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. The rooms are nice for what you pay. Parking was easy with plenty of spots, and there are lots of restaurants and food options close by. I'd absolutely recommend it and stay again!
