Quality Inn Valley- West Point

Nate and Raymond were phenomenal this weekend. They took care of what I needed and checked that I was okay. Both were professional and courteous. Give those guys a raise.

The room was spotless, even under the beds. We did have a couple tiny issues, dead batteries in the remote and one bulb that needed replacing, but Nate handled them quickly and professionally. Our stay started out stressful, and Nate made it much better than we expected. He was empathetic, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond. His hospitality stood out from everyone else I’ve encountered at this location, at any Quality Inn I’ve stayed at, and honestly at most hotels. I rarely give five stars, but Nate earned them. I hope management recognizes his work and values him enough to keep him. He’s a tremendous asset and deserves appreciation and advancement.

Having a Waffle House nearby was a plus. The location and rooms were good, better than at a lot of Quality Inn motels. Breakfast was decent, but could’ve been better.

The hotel still hasn’t answered my calls or replied to my email asking for a refund. The stay itself was very disappointing and unprofessional. I booked one night and found old blood all over the sheets and pillows, boogers on the walls, and used, stained towels. I don’t think I’d ever stay there again.
