Current River Inn

Our original Vrb booking fell through about a week before the trip, so we called and reserved a room here instead. It’s a cute, basic place, and I was surprised by how nice it was. The room was clean and well decorated, and the lady in the office was helpful and very nice. We felt safe. Ranch House Coffee is just down the block, which is a big plus. I’d definitely stay again.

The ladies working at the hotel were so friendly, and it was very quiet. We’re on vacation, and this has been one of the best places we’ve stayed so far. I’ve never slept on a more comfortable bed!

The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Hot water ran out quickly, and after flushing, the toilet took nearly five minutes to refill.

It’s a well-kept roadside motel with a 1960s vintage feel. The pool was sparkling clean, and the river, restaurants, and stores are nearby. The room was very small, with the king bed taking up nearly all the space, so there wasn’t much room to move around. It seems like a nice option for a night or two. I was disappointed that there was no coffee or coffee maker in the room, and the coffee shop wasn’t open. If you list a restaurant, it should be open at the posted time. We stayed two nights and weren’t brought clean towels, so we had to go to the office to get them.
