This was our second visit, and the location is a real plus: restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, with plenty of parking. During a winter storm, we never lost power, which was reassuring. Breakfast is freshly cooked, has lots of options, and costs $15 per person. Our room had a fridge without a freezer, a microwave, and a Keurig. There’s free coffee in the lobby and a water bottle refill station in the hallway by the common restrooms. The hotel also has a heated pool and spa, a fitness area, and comfortable common spaces. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the stay was pleasant overall. Most of the rooms, hallways, elevators, and common areas were clean, though the shower had some buildup and the inside of the spa and pool could use fresh paint. Common areas seemed better cared for on the day shift than at night. One disappointment was getting no reply through Hilton Honors text service in the app. We’ve never had that happen at another Hilton property. We’d consider staying again.

Breakfast costs extra, and there’s a bar in the attractive lobby. We didn’t try the pool, which looked very small, or the hot tub, though the area was nice. The clean rooms are comfortable and come with a fridge, microwave, storage, a large TV, and a nice shower with Crabtree & Evelyn products. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location is great.

Check-in was smooth, with a nice conversation. Our room was quiet, and the hotel is near lots of food options without being far from the highway. Snacks were well stocked, and the fitness area was equipped. The pool looked clean but wasn’t large, and there’s also a hot tub.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and both the service and amenities were excellent. Breakfast was top notch. This was the best HGI we’ve stayed at, and we travel a lot and are diamond members.

The location suited my needs and was convenient for lots of amenities. My room was comfortable and well appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They handled our early checkout well. A great stay, highly recommended.
