Rooms and passages are neat and clean, and the reception area is spacious and well placed. The place has improved a lot since the COVID 19 period. There's charging for two electric vehicles, too. It used to be a Quality Inn, but water leakage caused damage and half the motel was being renovated. That work is now almost complete. A very good place with good quality service and linens.

Everyone was friendly, but at 8 o'clock there wasn't even coffee. This place is being remodeled and probably shouldn't be open to the public yet. We walked into a good-sized lobby full of boxes and tools. Our first room had no working TV, the second was occupied by someone else, and the third was okay but hadn't been painted. Looking out the window, we saw a large hornets' nest.

I sleep better here every time, even compared with five-star hotels. The recently renovated room was excellent, and I loved the furniture because it was much more comfortable than in most motels. Finding it is easy after the first visit: it's just off I-540 under the QUALITY INN sign. I ALWAYS stay here when I'm in the Ft.Smith area. Ken A.

19/10/2023. I stayed in room 215 while the hotel was being renovated. The room was clean and comfortable, with a microwave, refrigerator, and TV, and all the appliances worked. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was ample parking. I recommend it.

The motel was being renovated, but it didn't interfere with my stay. The staff were very friendly, and the price was great for what you get. My vehicle broke down, and motel staff picked me up from the mechanic shop at 8 p.m.
