Christina the manager, I hope I have her name right, contacted me after my review and assured me this shouldn't happen, and that she's looking into it. Excellent, thank you. I changed my rating to five stars. The original issue was that there was no coffee in the room. When I asked for some to be made at the front desk, it felt like I might as well have been told no. They do sell a coffee mug at the desk for $10, which struck me as pretty funny.

After two nights here while visiting family, this is my number one choice when I'm in town from now on. The whole place was clean, the staff were great, and the stay was comfortable and relaxing. It's hard to find somewhere this nice to sleep.

The location is decent, but the service was junk, and I wouldn't recommend trying to stay here. My husband had just finished a 22-hour shift at 2:00 a.m. and needed three hours of sleep before going back to work. He called from inside the building several times, rang the bell repeatedly, and called out for someone, but nobody came for 20 minutes. He eventually gave up and went looking for another motel. I can't say anything about the rooms since he never got one. Best advice is not to try for a room outside daylight hours.

The room was clean and had everything it needed, and breakfast was decent. The only nuisance was having to reauthenticate on the WiFi over and over. Cell service was good, so using your own hotspot is an option if that gets too irritating.
