The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, and Victor was courteous and willing to work with me on the rate. The remote check-in was straightforward, with Victor appearing on the screen to guide me through it. They also offer breakfast, though the room for it is cramped. There were some real drawbacks. At the regular $140 nightly rate, I wouldn't choose a motel like this. I arrived at 1:30 a.m. on 12/30/25 and there was no clerk at a desk, just the video setup. Then my key wouldn't open one of the rooms, so I had to hobble back downstairs and get another room from Victor. It was cold and windy, and I have a strained MCL. The place is dated, too. I'd give it 3.5 stars if that were an option.

The breakfast was okay, though there weren't many choices. The room we were first given had a broken bathroom and a phone that wouldn't work when we tried to report it. Since the front desk is handled by computer and is outside the bedroom area, we had to walk out in the cold wind to report the problem. They moved us to another room, which was better, but the toilet there was dirty and the room smelled awful. With kids and everyone tired, this wasn't a good place to spend the night. The cleaning staff would get a lower tip from us this time.

Gabriel was great at check-in and quickly found a room for the three of us when we needed somewhere last minute on our road trip. It was simple and fit our budget, without blowing the travel money. The hair dryer, mini fridge, TV, and microwave all worked. It wasn't the Ritz, but it covered what we needed.

The room was updated, clean, and comfortable, and we slept well while passing through the area. Milo was friendly at the virtual check-in kiosk and made getting settled quick and easy. It was an interesting way to check in, but it worked efficiently. This felt like the best budget-friendly hotel around.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. Breakfast didn't offer much: no eggs, bacon, or sausage, and there wasn't any sugar-free syrup. The waffle was delicious, though, and the coffee was good.
