We only stayed because the other two chain hotels were fully booked. We were at the end of our trip and desperately needed a few hours of sleep before heading home. The linens seemed questionable, there were holes in the curtains and matching patched holes in the wall across from the window, and stray hair was on the toilet paper and in the shower. This place is barely a step above a pay-by-the-hour motel. Never again.

I called and was told they had rooms, so I drove over. The little spot where I was supposed to stand to book was full of dead bugs. I turned around and left. Then the man called to ask why, and I told him I wasn't going to stay somewhere with bugs in the booking booth. I couldn't believe he even called.

I was told there were no rooms available when I tried to get one. The parking lot was empty and the curtains were open, though, so it looked like plenty of rooms were free. I have no idea why they turned me away.

What a waste of time. I told them I had a vehicle emergency, and they said they had a room. I pushed on to get there, only four minutes down the road, but by the time I arrived the room had already been booked online. The place looked trashy anyway, so maybe I was spared.
