The bed was comfortable, and the staff were mostly friendly. The room itself felt dated, though, and it didn’t smell clean. The elevator, walls, and doors were also dirty and damaged. Breakfast was mostly oatmeal and Hotpockets to heat in the microwave. Fine for one night, especially at $88 plus tax, but it’s not really comparable to a Hampton.

We were passing through Alabama and made an unplanned stop here. The room was a good size, clean, and had the amenities we wanted, and the area was quiet. Check-in was quick and friendly, and checking out was easy too. The price was great. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.

I was worn out and trying to push on for another 20 miles when I noticed a billboard advertising rooms for $88, comparable to Comfort Inn. I decided to stop, and got the best night’s sleep in a really comfortable bed. Everything exceeded what I expected, and even the chair in the room was comfortable.

The hotel was an easy stop off the interstate on our road trip from New Orleans, LA to Mammoth Cave, KY for our daughter’s birthday. After a long drive, it was just what our tired, excited family needed. There were five of us, me, my husband, and our kids aged 12, 11, and 9. The room was spacious and VERY clean, and the staff were so helpful, friendly, and welcoming that we felt at home.

The rooms were clean, but I felt on edge and kept listening for every noise. Nothing happened, though I honestly would have been more comfortable if I’d remembered to bring my sidearm. For $88, it’s about what you’d expect.
