The whole hotel was spotless, the breakfast was pretty tasty, and the staff made the stay feel easy and homey. Lupe was a doll and so accommodating to what we needed. Zhella also deserves a big thank you for making the experience so good. From arriving at the Holiday Inn Express to checking out, everything was wonderful. I'll definitely come back. Keep up the great work!

Housekeeping was really quick whenever I asked for more towels, and my room looked freshly deep-cleaned every evening when I returned. The general manager was especially attentive and wonderful, and the woman working in the breakfast area was incredibly welcoming and kind. Breakfast was good, too. I had a great stay and would absolutely come back.

After a long day of flights, we just wanted to relax, and Allison at the front desk was professional and helpful. She seemed to be doing a bit of everything, even cleaning parts of the lobby. As a small business owner, I'd love to have several employees with her work ethic. People like that keep a place running day to day, and I hope the owner recognizes her. This location has become our go-to whenever my wife and I visit Vancouver.

I was sad to leave because I felt treated like a queen during my two-week stay. The housekeepers were kind and kept my room in great shape, and the whole hotel was spotless. Breakfast had far more options than I expected, tasted great, and I couldn't get enough of the omelettes. The location is secluded and quiet, the receptionist greeted me warmly, and check-in and checkout were both easy. I come to Vancouver for work and personal trips, and this will be my hotel from now on.
