Quality Inn & Suites Vancouver North

We enjoyed our stay, and the price was right. There are restaurants and shops close by, and the rooms were clean with comfy beds, though a little dated. Breakfast was free, had a nice selection, and was fully stocked. We didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub, but they looked like a great place to relax.

The room was clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was great. The staff were great too, and the location was good. I was on a business trip where I stayed at three hotels, and this one was by far the best. The price was worth it, and next time I’m in Vancouver, this is where I’ll stay. Thank you for a great stay!

I was treated rudely by the staff. The same day I got out of the hospital after having pneumonia in four areas of my lungs, they made me push my car off site by myself or said they’d tow it. The male staff in particular need to change their attitude and learn better customer service.

The pool was nice, the room was okay, and everything was very clean. The staff were incredibly kind, but the breakfast was a big disappointment. We chose this place over others because it offered a pool and breakfast, and what was served was just sugary cereal, muffins, and waffles with milk. There was no protein at all. The online pictures show eggs, sausage, and bacon, but none of those were offered. When I asked the front desk, they said there are no protein options and that I should speak with the manager, since it’s a common complaint. Breakfast was the whole reason we picked this hotel.
