Juanita at the front desk was especially friendly, and the whole hotel was quiet and comfortable. My room was clean, with a bed and pillows I slept well on. The coffee is delicious and available 24/7, which is a big plus, and breakfast has lots of choices. The bacon was tasty, and the pool area was clean and comfortable, not too hot like some others. I stayed here while visiting Rock and Roll hall of fame and was glad I did. If you’re looking for pizza nearby, Galleys was the best I’ve had in a while.

The room had everything we needed and felt clean, fresh, and welcoming. Breakfast was great, and the Costa coffee made a delicious cup whenever we wanted one. The property is well kept, and the staff were friendly and polite. My one picky complaint is that the mat outside the main entrance needs replacing.

The rooms were clean and a good size, and the showers have Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. Breakfast was plentiful, with regular and egg white omelettes, granola, several yogurts, sausage gravy and biscuits, cinnamon rolls, and a machine that makes two pancakes when you ask. Costa Coffee machines grind fresh beans and brew a cup quickly any time, day or night. The staff were friendly and seemed to care about guests. It’s also very pet friendly, and everyone seemed happy to see our pups. I was glad to pay the fee since pets need extra cleaning. I’d only add an electric car charging station, which seems like a natural fit next to the car dealership. We’ll be back. Update, 12/25/25: The hotel changed management after our October stay. I’m keeping my rating, but correcting the pet fee details after speaking with the new manager. The old fee information was wrong. It’s now $50 per dog for up to 7 nights, non-refundable. They call it “per pet,” though only dogs are allowed. With two dogs, expect an extra $100. This unassuming hotel in a quiet part of Ohio is much better than you might expect. It’s conveniently located, too.

We’ve stayed here several times without trouble, and the stay itself was good this time too. Then I checked my bank and saw a $150 smoking fee, even though we don’t smoke. I emailed them and may change my rating if they return the money. Check your bank statement.
