The beds were very comfortable and all the sheets were super clean during my week here. I saw a review claiming bed bug bites, but that’s absolutely not true. My main problem was a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly. They have coffee in the morning. For the price it’s a little high, and we all know it isn’t a five-star hotel, but it got the job done. I’d stay again.

I don’t usually post bad reviews, but the cleanliness here was a real problem. There was old food on the floor, stuff smeared on the walls, holes in the blanket, and hair all over the towels. After showering I still felt dirty from the random hair. I went out to buy my own towel and cleaning supplies, and wiped everything down myself. So much dirt came off. The room smelled bad too, so I had to get air freshener. I’d pay more for a better room somewhere else.

The restaurant across the parking lot was the only upside. The rest was filthy and unsettling. There were blood stains everywhere and bloody mattresses, vomit in some places, black marks on the curtains, brown stains on the ceiling, and odd stains on the rugs in the main area. The lamps were cracked and the place didn’t look like the ad. We only got two towels, the toilet barely flushed, and there was no ice in the machine. The hallways stank of smoke and pot. Staff didn’t communicate: they’d come fix something without saying a word. The reception desk behind plexiglass felt sketchy. The water was boiling hot and hard to turn down. There was an open hole around the shower pipe where the shower head should be. The windows had no screens. It was all very dirty and unsanitary, and I wouldn’t recommend going here. Reading the other reviews before booking would make it feel even eerier.

We asked for a non-smoking room, but could smell smoke before even opening the door. The next room they gave us had boogers all over the shower, bathroom walls, and curtains, plus hair on the linens. The phone line was broken, so we went to the counter. The man doubted me and came to the room to check that I wasn’t lying, then offered a third room. It was dirty too. It was late and I had three kids, all ten or younger, with me. We were traveling from Rhode Island to FL, so I politely asked for clean linens and hoped to get through the night and leave in the morning. The man brought one flat sheet to cover two beds. I canceled and moved to another hotel. For that price, you’d think you could at least get a decent night.

I checked in on September 20th with my kids after paying $277 through Booking.com. We left around 3 or 4 the next afternoon and were out all day. When I returned at 8 pm and asked the front desk for bath towels, since the room had only one, the man there said Booking had refunded $185 and I’d need to pay another $185 to stay. I had no message saying the booking was canceled, so I called Booking. They said the hotel had tried to charge my virtual card another $185 and they didn’t know why; they had no cancellation on record, and all our things were still in the room. It turned out hotel staff had accidentally refunded $185 at 4 am and hadn’t told me until I asked for towels. Then they tried to charge us again without letting me know. Booking tried several times to reach the property but couldn’t, and I had to find somewhere else for me and my kids and get our belongings out. Nothing like this has happened to me before. With two kids there, it was extremely stressful and gave me really bad anxiety. The hallways smelled strongly of weed, and the TV in our room didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
