The room was in great shape, and the bed was comfortable enough that I slept well, which is unusual for me in hotels. The curtains blocked the light, and the temperature felt just right. Even with a late check-in, the process was easy. A really nice stay for a last-minute booking.

The recent updates to the bathrooms and TVs are a nice touch. I stayed overnight during a bike training ride, and Caden is still my go-to hotel around here. The rooms are simple but have what I need, including microwaves, mini-fridges, satellite TVs, and comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Julie, the manager, checked that everything was okay and asked if I needed anything else. I’ll be back.

Julie always takes great care of us, and the remodeled rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We make a point of staying at the Caden Hotel every year. Downtown Vernonia is an easy walk away, with its history and good food. See you next year!

Both rooms we rented were comfortable and very clean. Julie and the rest of the staff were great, and Julie even offered a roll-in bed to make us more comfortable. We didn’t need it, though.

I’ve stayed here four times now, and I’ll keep coming back. The rooms are spotless, the beds are really comfortable, and the service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly.
