Comfort Suites Vero Beach

My husband and I had a terrible stay. The shower pressure was so weak we couldn't get a decent shower, and there were crumbs on the floor along with what looked like dried dog poop. We called the front desk within an hour of getting to the room. Patience, the clerk, laughed, refused to offer a solution, and hung up. They wouldn't refund us, so we stayed. When we left early the next morning, we called manager Hector Mejia. He also refused to issue or approve a refund, told us to “do what we needed to do,” and hung up. I think we were put in an inferior room and treated badly because we're Black. There are several major hotels nearby, and I wish we'd chosen one of them. We do not recommend this hotel.

We're snowbirds from NJ on a three-week Florida trip, staying only at Home2 properties. This was our second stop, and I can't say enough good things about it: new, modern, clean, and peaceful, with such nice, friendly staff. It stayed quiet even over the weekend. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

We stayed here on the way to our cruise and had a great experience. The room was nice, the staff were all friendly, and breakfast was provided in the morning. We'll definitely use this hotel again next time.

A round of applause for Alicia and Hector. When I misplaced my key, Alicia checked my credentials against the room before letting me in. Hector sorted out my AC issue while I was at a wedding. In both cases, they were pleasant and helpful, and that's a real asset to the property.
