Carl at the front desk made a tough first day much easier. After I twisted my ankle, he found me a ground-floor room, brought over an ice pack wrapped in a towel and double-bagged, helped me pick up my takeaway, and checked on my foot the next day. I really appreciated how thoughtful he was. The room itself was roomy, had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and the bar is open on weekdays with food available. Thanks again, Carl. That kind of care deserves recognition.

The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation, and the common spaces felt inviting and well cared for. For a three-star hotel, it delivered what I was looking for at a good price. The room was clean, comfortable, and had what I needed. Check-in went smoothly, and the front desk team was friendly and quick to handle my questions. Vinnie the Bartender was especially welcoming and made one of the best whiskey sours I've ever had. I'd gladly come back and recommend it to anyone after an affordable, dependable stay.

Brian in Maintenance really came through when my car wouldn't start in the sub-zero cold. He jumped it for me and went out of his way to help. That's Midwest nice. Thank you again! The shuttle to Epic was on time and convenient, the room was clean, fresh, and spacious, and the food was great. Everyone I met was kind and helpful. The service deserves 10 stars.

Breakfast was just fine, though nothing special. I did enjoy the fresh biscuits. The room was big and comfortable, with plenty of towels and a modern, well-appointed look. Carl at the front desk was great, and he even showed us a photo of his awesome cat. I'd stay here again.

Linda deserves a special mention for helping me sort out some membership snafus. The staff were helpful across the board, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. It's a nice hotel in the Greater Madison area, and it seems to be run really well.
