Ian at the front desk was a highlight. He had a great personality, answered our questions, and was ready to help. The other desk worker was helpful too, including recommending Uber when we found out there was no casino shuttle. The hotel is next to Turning Stone, but it isn’t connected to it and doesn’t offer rides there, which put a bit of a dent in our night out. The price felt a little steep, though the weekend and location make it understandable. The room and rest of the hotel were immaculate, with no dust anywhere, and seemed newly renovated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There’s no pool or indoor activity at the hotel, and our bathroom had only a shower, no tub. That was fine for two adults, though it might be a downside for families. All in all, it was a clean place to sleep with amazing staff.

There wasn’t enough parking for everyone, so I ended up leaving my car under the awning out front. The pancake maker was broken during a very busy weekend, and my room wasn’t clean enough, with a used coffee filter still in the pot. I’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it, but next time I’m in the area I’ll pay a little more for a better hotel.

The bathroom was immaculate, which my wife appreciated, and the whole hotel was very clean. The room was freezing, almost like a meat locker, so I shut off the air until it got back to a comfortable temperature in the mid-70s. We were out then, so it worked out. One bed sloped noticeably toward the aisle between the beds, as if everyone had slept on that side. My wife felt like she might roll out, so I switched beds with my daughter, who had been alone in the other one.

Breakfast was good, but the suite didn’t feel especially relaxing or inviting. There was hair on the bed and in the shower, stains on the carpet, and no coffee in the room even though the cups and coffee supplies were there. We could hear a TV in another room and people walking around upstairs. I expected more from a suite.
