Breakfast each morning was hot, plentiful, and nice, and the location was pleasant, with a beautiful view of the hills in fall. Staff were attentive. What kept this from being a five out of five was the poor soundproofing. I could hear just about everything outside my room, from both the window and the door. The tub also had an indentation where water pooled about an inch deep instead of draining. An updated tub and better soundproofing would make a big difference.

Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean, but I can't recommend this place. The shower was awful: hot water lasted a minute before turning freezing cold, pressure kept going strong then weak, the head sprayed all over, the drain plug didn't work, and there was mold. I chose the hotel because it offered a pool, since I do swim therapy every night for back pain so I can sleep. I changed into my swimsuit and went down, only to find the pool out of service. The elevator shook badly the whole way up and down and smelled awful. I asked for a partial refund, but they wouldn't work with me or be fair.

This place is trash. There was black mold in the shower, peeling paint in the bathroom, and a musty chlorine smell in the hallway. I worked overnight and had the DND hanger on the door, but someone tried to enter my room in the late afternoon. The hot water didn't work.

I work out of town a lot and have stayed at many Holiday Inns as a Diamond Elite member. This one needs room updates. There was mold growing around the shower caulking, and the water was cold.

We had a really lovely stay. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were so, so, so friendly, kind, and helpful. Coffee in the lobby was delicious, and the tea in the being was wonderful.
