I spent over a year living at the Lofts while I was away from my family and friends in New York, and I'm forever grateful for that time. I could be as social or independent as I wanted. I especially loved karaoke nights by the pool and board room gatherings with residents who became like a second family. Thanks to Kimberley, the hostess, for making the place so comfortable and memorable. The location is ideal for walking to shops, restaurants, and historic attractions. The apartments are spacious and beautiful, with safe parking and grounds and stunning views. The owners and staff are caring, friendly, and always there to help with what you need.

The Friday parties each week were fun, and drinks were free. It was handy having the rooftop 10 South restaurant nearby, especially with the resident discount. The pool and hot tub stay open year round, which is great when Mississippi warms up to 65F in the middle of winter. Management was very accommodating, and I enjoyed living here. The building renovations are high quality, and the apartments are comfortable, well designed, and fitted with nice appliances. The community feels safe and welcoming, with great amenities.

We needed a place to live for a few months while our house was being built, and the Lofts worked really well as a temporary home. Our furnished studio was clean and had great views of the downtown river area. Restaurants, bars, and shops are right outside the door. The staff were accommodating and quick to sort out any issues. We highly recommend the property.

I spent almost a year at the Lofts and felt part of the community, thanks to Kimberly, Tim, and the staff connecting with residents every day. The rooms were clean, nice, and well maintained. There’s a great outdoor space for tenants, with a pool, various cookers and smokers, and places to lounge. You can walk to food, drinks, and shops. Key City Brewery / Eatery and 10 South Roof top restaurant made my stay comfortable and convenient. Other nearby restaurants include Biscuit company, Relish, Rustys the Chop, and others. There are also consignment shops and stores selling local products. I highly suggest walking two blocks to the Vicksburg Civil War Museum to see Charles. I can’t say enough about the wonderful people, place, and location.

When I first moved to Vicksburg for work, I lived at the Lofts for a year. After three months, COVID hit, and the other residents became my COVID family in a way they wouldn't have in another apartment building. Whether during COVID or not, management creates an inclusive, fun atmosphere that makes moving to Vicksburg easier. The apartments are luxurious, and downtown restaurants and bars are all around. I'd recommend the Lofts to anyone new to town.
