I was traveling to Vegas with my three young sons and booked this as a quick overnight stop. The front desk guy seemed like he hated his job and life. He charged about $95 to my card and said there’d be a $60 deposit. After checkout the next morning, both charges showed up. I called right away. He acted concerned, looked up my name and room, and said the credit would come back, but it never did. Be careful. In my case they did dishonest business. God’s watching. You took advantage of a single mother on her birthday trip with her three boys. How do you sleep at night?

I booked two nights to visit friends in SoCal, but the place was so filthy, with roaches everywhere, that I left. I’m an adult and knew I wouldn’t get a refund after the terrible service, but seeing families with kids checking in worried me. I hope they and their babies are okay. And why was I charged another $60? This place feels like a scam and is extremely unsanitary, enough to make someone sick.

In the first room, one bed had hair on it and the shower didn’t work. I called, but they said nothing could be done until morning. After we insisted, they moved us at about 10 a.m. the next day. We stayed two more days in the new room, but the trash was never taken out, the beds weren’t made, and our towels were taken without replacements. When we asked for clean ones, the gentleman said two had been placed in the room, which wasn’t true. They even took my mom’s personal towel. I’d read reviews saying people didn’t get their deposits back, so I hope the towels won’t be used as an excuse to keep ours. We paid through booking.com and were asked for a $40 deposit without being given a receipt. When I asked for one, the gentleman said we could get it online because we’d paid through booking.com. I appreciate that they changed our room, but next time I’ll pay more for better service and cleanliness.

The rooms were disgusting and smelled like pets had been in them. They make you prepay online through booking.com instead of paying them directly, and I think it’s because once people see the filth, they’ll want their money back. These people are money hungry. DO NOT STAY HERE!
