Quality Inn & Suites Vidalia

Martha at the desk was excellent and did everything she could to help, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone traveling for work. The internet went out around 8:20pm and never came back, even after Martha tried rebooting it. The TV volume stopped working soon after I started watching. Martha sent a technician, who got the volume working, but smelled terrible and left me with only eight channels. I couldn't get the channel I'd been watching before. There was also a marijuana smell coming through the ventilation system, and the TV service and internet were poor. The management seemed incompetent.

We were there for a wedding over the weekend, and the staff were very accommodating. The front desk attendant was sweet and helpful, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. My only issue was that the bathroom didn't have enough lighting. All in all, I'd give it four out of five.

We made a last-minute trip to Vidalia for the birth of my great-great niece and arrived around 8:30pm. The parking lot was full of work trucks, so we assumed every room was taken. My wife and I both smoke, and were surprised to get a smoking suite. It was very nice, with two rooms separated by French doors. My sister-in-law needed a non-smoking room, and at check-in they asked her to check back the next morning. They found one for her, so she was able to see the birth of her great-granddaughter. With the staff's help, the trip was a success.

My family and I liked this hotel WAAAAAAAAAAY more than the Clarion Pointe in Vidalia. The rooms were better, it was much cleaner, and the staff were better too.
