Our room faced the back and had lovely mountain views, and the lobby had a comfortable seating area with a fireplace for chilly winter evenings. We spent two nights here on a family trip to Zion National Park. The property is nicely kept overall, and our room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good, though the dining area got crowded even when we went early. There aren't many places to eat nearby, but plenty of options are a 10-15 minute drive away. The hotel is in a great spot, around 20-25 minutes from the park entrance. I'd be glad to stay here again on a future visit.

We came for one night over Thanksgiving weekend and found the hotel peaceful and comfortable even with the holiday crowd. The king bed, room layout, interiors, and large TV all made it easy to relax, and everything felt clean and cared for. Staff kept the breakfast area tidy and stocked; the meal had more options than we expected, and the spacious dining room was easy to get around even when busy. We also used the well-equipped gym and business area, and liked the key access to the guest floors. The winter hot tub was a welcome extra after hiking. Staff handled our early arrival without a problem, and everyone was friendly and efficient. The large property is very well maintained, with plenty of parking, and it took about 20 minutes to drive to the Zion entrance. The off-season price seemed fair for what we got. Clean, modern, and comfortable, it worked well for our visit, and I'd recommend it to couples or families. For us, it earned 5/5.

The hotel has a great atmosphere, and breakfast had a nice variety. It’s close to La Verkin and its many places to eat, and about 15 minutes from Zion NP. The facilities are spacious and clean. Our standard-size room was also clean and up to date.

The free breakfast was a plus, although nothing special, and the hotel is close enough to Zion for that to be convenient. The rooms were comfortable, but the walls were thin. A couple next door had a loud, heated argument that kept us awake. We told the staff, but the noise didn't seem to drop right away. It felt like a typical Fairfield Inn, and for the price it wasn't much of a bargain.

We visited Zion in the fall, when off-season rates were lower, and found the views and parking both great. The lobby was clean, the rooms were nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a free full breakfast, laundry, a pool and hot tub, and a rec room. The hotel is close to Zion NP and other tourist attractions. It isn't dog friendly unless you have a service dog, but that was okay for us. I was really impressed with the stay.
