The units don't share walls, which meant the kids could make noise without us feeling awkward. That was huge for our family. We had a lovely two-night stay in a place that was easy to find, quiet, and clean. The natural light was great, too. We cooked dinner in the full kitchen, sat by the fire, played cornhole, and used the spa twice. It's also well located for getting into Zion to hike.

We’ve stayed in dozens of cabins and Airbnbs around the country, and the Riv is easily in our top five. The scenery around the property is breathtaking, better than the pictures show, and parking was very convenient. Our spotless unit came stocked with dishware, cookware, towels, and supplies. The beds and couch were comfy, and the temperature was cozy. The welcome basket with snacks, drinks, and a water bottle was a lovely touch. It was toddler friendly, which helped a lot with our 13-month-old. The location just outside Zion was convenient and far enough from Springdale’s crowds. Highly recommend!

We had lots of towels and four towel hangers, plus thoughtful touches throughout the tiny home. The main bedroom in Unit 12 looked out on beautiful scenery, and we enjoyed being right by the community fire pit. Everything was very clean, and we liked the gift basket of snacks and a reusable water bottle. The kitchenware seemed brand new, and there was even Pyrex and snap ware for leftovers. The spice rack was handy for savory cooking, though less useful for baking. The loft was too short for anyone over 3 feet tall to stand or even sit up, which I wished were different. There were quite a few flies, annoying but manageable. Management responded quickly to our requests, including when we arrived very late and couldn't find our door code. The location was convenient for Zion, and we'd book again. Thanks for everything.

We were a group of 18 family members, needing space for five families and an ADA-compliant suite, and The Riv worked out really well. The suites were modern, beautiful, and clean, with luxurious linens and comfortable mattresses, including the loft twins and pull-out couch. Melissa left a sweet note with a welcome basket of snacks and a couple of water bottles. The kitchen had all the essentials: spices, blender, plates, utensils, baking pans, containers, a Keurig, coffee, and hot cocoa pods. Parking wasn't crowded. There were EV chargers, a fire pit, BBQ area, patio furniture, cornhole, and a pool and jacuzzi with ADA access. The pool was closed for winter, and although the jacuzzi was kept on, it was closed during our visit because the ADA chair installation wasn't finished. Zion Canyon Hot Springs is a short drive east, and Zion NP is a short drive west. For a jeep tour, Zion Jeep Tour is right down the street and can pick up your group at The Riv. We had a great experience. My husband is picky about where we stay, and he said he'd come back. Thanks, Melissa and your team, for making this feel like a home away from home while we spent Thanksgiving roughing it at Zion.

We were able to cook our meals because the kitchen was fully stocked, and a lovely gift basket was waiting when we arrived. The place was clean and modern, and the location made it easy to see the whole park since it's halfway between Zion's south and west entrances. We also spent an evening at the hot springs, just 15 minutes away. Our stay was perfect, and we'd happily come back.
