I only left because I needed more space than a 2 bedroom apartment could give me. I lived at South Beach Apartments for 3 years and really enjoyed my time there. The front-office ladies are fantastic and make you feel like family. Paulina really looks out for residents, and the maintenance guys are the best, personable, pleasant, and quick to handle repairs and other work. The campus is beautiful, and they put a lot of effort into keeping it nice. If you need an apartment at the oceanfront, definitely consider South Beach. You won’t regret it!

Ashley, the assistant community manager, made my tour of South Beach Apartments easy and enjoyable. She was helpful, responsive, and knew her stuff. Her customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

The front-office team is open and always willing to help. The facilities are well cared for, and maintenance responds quickly, even the day before Christmas. Renting here was an excellent experience, and this would be my first choice when I return to VA Beach.

Ashley and Paulina deserve a shout-out. Their respect, kindness, and good spirits have made a stressful time feel calm from beginning to end, including everything in between. The grounds are kept up, and the appliances and hardware in the units are updated. The office staff are welcoming and do a good job keeping the community informed, often arranging themed events for residents. Maintenance responds quickly and is easy to talk to. It’s a clean place to live, and people are very friendly.
