My kids saw a man overdosing outside our room. Inside, the place was filthy: roaches were stuck on a trap in the kitchen cabinet, there was mold around the tub, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The hallway smelled like weed all the time and had trash everywhere, while there was dog poop outside. We couldn’t get towels, pots, or pans. The stove buttons were broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and our room keys only worked once. The pullout sofa sheets still had lingerie tags in them. The staff were nice, but the room and property were awful.

I checked out within 15 minutes. The room was filthy, with dirty looking drapes, black mold in the bathroom, crumbs and dirt on the sofa, weak heat, and a faint but unmistakable urine smell. I nearly got locked inside, too. The building doors and room keys weren’t working. This was a nightmare from check-in onward, and one of my worst hotel stays. Don’t be fooled by the lower price. Spend the extra roughly $30 a night and stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites next door. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room was roomy, but the furniture was worn and dated, with badly damaged cushions. There was mold around the tub, and none of the doors closed properly. The elevator kept running, and since our room was beside it, we could hardly sleep. We’d planned a romantic weekend, but my better half didn’t enjoy it at all. I was disappointed with the room and the service, and it didn’t meet what I expected.

The whole building smelled moldy, and there were cockroaches in the room. Hallway carpets were stained, trash was scattered on the floor, and smoke had yellowed the walls. I’ve never had a worse hotel experience. The conditions were unsanitary and unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
