Quality Inn Little Creek

I stayed about a month and also booked a room for my niece for two nights. In every room I used, from top to bottom, the toilets didn't work and needed plungers. There were plungers all over the property, and I had to flush with a trash can. Bring your own rags and towels, too. My son went to the front desk for some, but they never swept or vacuumed the floors. I couldn't stay there anymore. The front desk worker said she couldn't leave to help with the room, even though I'd already checked in. She was asleep on the floor, and I had to knock on the kitchen door. They then said my niece had messed up the room, though she was still allowed to stay. Be careful if you're thinking of going. The people there are nasty, and I mean the cleanliness. Everything is old and doesn't work. The rooms smelled awful, so I had to spray air freshener. I don't trust the good anonymous reviews, they may be posted by staff. Sorry, not sorry.

The room smelled, and the floors were dirty. The bathroom was a mess: the toilet wouldn't flush unless I kept adjusting it, the tub had cigarette burns, and the light had no cover. They did check whether I needed towels, and those were clean. The bed was in rough shape, with a worn mattress.

I showed up around midnight needing a room, and the front desk guy could tell I’d had a rough night. While checking me in, he listened as I talked through problems at home and even offered some thoughtful advice. That kind of natural care is rare in hotel work these days. I wish I’d gotten his name. He deserves a raise. I almost never write reviews, but this felt worth mentioning.

Stayed two nights and would come back. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good for the price.
