Coastal Hotel and Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront

We had a beachside balcony room and even got to see a beautiful rainbow from it. The location was perfect for getting around, and I'd absolutely stay again. Although the hotel is a little older, it was kept up really well and was very clean. The staff were awesome, especially the friendly, helpful people at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast service was fantastic.

We visited in the off season, so it was very quiet, and we even saw dolphins while having breakfast in the cafe, which has a great view. Breakfast was standard but good. The location is very convenient and all the staff were polite and welcoming. Check-in was easy, and I was surprised by how large our clean room was. Every room has a lovely beach view. We stayed two nights, and I'll definitely return.

Alicia, who cleaned our room, was so attentive, and Pawnee from the breakfast area was wonderful. On our first morning Pawnee checked that everything was okay, then later surprised us with a small hotel gift for our birthday weekend. Such a thoughtful touch. The young men who kept the breakfast trays filled were polite and helpful too. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and everything felt fresh and cared for. From booking through the front desk, people were friendly and welcoming. The whole team made the stay feel special. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it.

The ocean views were lovely, and I appreciated the hotel's strict no-smoking policy. The breakfast buffet was just right, with tasty, satisfying food, attentive service, and an immaculate dining room. It's a quiet, pleasant place by the sea, and the staff were super friendly. I'll definitely come back to the Coastal.
