We saw five roaches in our room in less than 20 minutes. They moved us to another room, but it had even more, and there were roaches on the hallway walls too. Priceline managed to get us a refund, even though the reservation was nonrefundable. We were out in an hour. Don’t stay here.

Before I’d even properly settled in, I saw two roaches fall out of the refrigerator. The shower still had a previous guest’s hair on the walls and floor, and the toilet had what looked like flakes of poop. They let you inspect the room before agreeing to stay, and now I see why: it has roaches. You get what you pay for, but spending my money shouldn’t cost me my health. Stay at your own risk. I’ve seen jail cells cleaner than this.

I worked in hotels for six years, and I’m not someone who usually complains. I stayed here for two months because I had no choice, and never raised an issue while I was there. For one or two nights on a budget, the room is fine and it’s not that bad. For a night I’d probably give it 6/10 for the price, a little better than a run-down motel, but only by a couple of steps. I wouldn’t stay longer than a few days or a week. There were three or four cockroaches over my stay, starting with one in the first five minutes in my room. I’m not saying anyone in particular, but the whole front desk staff needs retraining. They were unprofessional in how they spoke to me and approached me when I asked for basics like trash bags and toilet paper. They were constantly on their phones or computer, weren’t conversational, and never once answered the phone. Guests should hear “hello, how are you,” not “what do you want.” They made me feel unwelcome. There are only vending machines and laundry, no breakfast because the rooms have kitchens, and no gym or pool. There are nearby hotels at the same price with all those things. If you’re thinking of staying more than a week, don’t waste your time. If you’ve read this whole review, just pick another hotel.

The location is good, but the price tells you what to expect. The lobby smelled of marijuana, and the rooms didn’t look like the advertised photos. There was dog hair all over the beds and cigarette burn holes in the comforter. The picture frame looked as though it had been pulled off the wall, and the smoke detector didn’t seem to work. The room also smelled strongly of chemical cleaner, like they were trying to cover whatever smell the last guests left. I’ve never had a hotel experience like this, and we won’t be back. Save your money and don’t book here.
