For the price, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the highway is close by. Just avoid the drink machine on the second floor above the office. It took my money, and the next day I watched someone else have the same thing happen. Both times, no drink came out.

Juan is the reason I gave this five stars. He's always patient and professional, and his customer service is excellent. I come here often and wish he worked full time. The other team members could learn from him. I can't stand Lori, though. She comes across as lazy, rude, and unhelpful, like she hates her job and the customers. It's very unprofessional. The rooms are clean, and it's quiet and safe here, with lots of stores less than a mile away. The room ceilings look like they could use some work.

The receptionist was kind and helpful, but checking in was a rough experience. The system couldn't find my reservation through expedia.com, so I had to cancel it and make a new one. It took about 45 minutes, at midnight, which was unpleasant. There were cockroaches in both the bathroom and bedroom. Some even ended up in my bag on the way home. Totally disgusting.

They advertise free breakfast, but all there was were two muffins and not enough coffee to fill one mug. Muffins aren't breakfast. The rooms look like they'd been renovated recently, but up close they still seem run down. The top bed cover on one of our beds had several brown stains.
