I spent five weeks here, and the staff were wonderful, hospitable, and willing to help with requests. The pool is nice, the hot tub is great, the gym works for travel needs, and there's a water cooler for refilling bottles anytime. The AC was finicky and didn't respond well to the controls. The Wi-Fi and TV badly need an upgrade, and I couldn't get Netflix to work because it just kept loading. The laundry room still uses coins. Even with those issues, I had a lovely stay and would strongly recommend it.

There was plenty to do nearby, and the hotel is close to the freeway and Legoland, with an amazing park and hiking trails just around the corner. Our family of five, including three kids, loved the stay. The rooms were comfortable for us, and the kids loved their room. We all enjoyed the well-kept pool. The place was very well run, with helpful staff. Breakfast was great and easy to get, and the morning atmosphere was wonderful.

I travel often and stay at a lot of hotels, but the woman who checked me in went beyond what I'd usually expect. The front desk staff gave excellent service and were awesome. Thanks for a great stay!

The receptionist told us to get the blanket from the front desk. Our bathroom lamp had rust on it and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. When we raised the problem, she offered a plunger and refused to move us to another room.

The room was small but well kept, and the compact bathroom worked fine. I heard some hallway noise in the evening, though it didn't bother me much. Breakfast choices were limited, but the food tasted okay. The staff were neutral but efficient. The hotel's in a convenient area with public transport access, so it's decent for a budget weekend city trip.
