We had a pleasant stay and would happily come back. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had what we needed, and the breakfast had a nice range of fresh, tasty options. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Staff were welcoming and ready to help with questions or requests, while check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Holiday Inn Express Voorhees - Mt. Laurel, an IHG Hotel is highly recommended if you're visiting the area.

I hadn't stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Voorhees before, but I'll definitely return. Check-in went smoothly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the morning buffet had a nice mix of hot and cold food. Parking and WIFI were free too.

The rooms are small, breakfast is below par and isn't always hot, and only one elevator was running. We stayed six nights, and they didn't do any work on the broken elevator. The TV in our first room had a dark, unwatchable screen. Maintenance said it was okay, so we moved across the hall, where the TV worked fine. Too lazy to fix the first one. The night manager belched loudly without apologizing. Wouldn't recommend this place or stay again.

The third room we tried was finally okay. We nearly gave up, but it was late and we had a toddler. In the first room, we found drugs under the mattress and reported it. In the second, there was an unidentifiable substance, which we also reported. The staff were mostly kind and helpful, and they did accommodate us, but finding drugs under a mattress was a first for me. Check under yours.

We had a small bedding issue after going upstairs, but Irving contacted housekeeping right away and got it sorted out. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The rooms and main hallways were clean and well maintained. My family stayed one night at this holiday inn location. Thanks for being so kind, Irving!
