The room stayed quiet at night even though restaurants and stores were nearby, and it was easy to find. After a long day, the clean pool and hot tub were relaxing. Breakfast had a good selection and stayed neat and stocked through the morning rush. Check-in was easy, and the front desk was welcoming. I was only there for one night while traveling between states, but the spotless, fresh-smelling room and comfortable bed really stood out. The microwave and mini-fridge were handy too.

The kids had a great time in the pool, and the free breakfast was a plus. Our first room had a fridge that didn't work, but they moved us promptly. The rooms feel a little dated. Still, for a weekend close to where we needed to be, it worked fine.

We spent the last two weekends here for a christmas market in waconia, and my staff liked their rooms as much as I did. The rooms were clean, and the hot showers had great water pressure. Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were extraordinary, friendly, and accommodating.

Breakfast was fresh, varied, and kept stocked, and the location was close to local spots while staying quiet. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and well kept. My room felt spacious and cozy, with a spotless finish and a bed I slept wonderfully in. Everyone I met was kind, helpful, and smiling, and check-in was quick and friendly. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. This stay went beyond what I expected, and I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Waconia.

The hot tub was cold, and the pool was nasty. My bed was dirty, with hair all over it, and the fridge didn't work. There were brown stains on the ceiling and an awful smell throughout. This was the worst hotel I've ever seen. Never going back.
