I felt awful for the housekeeper after hearing the manager yell at her and call her pathetic, saying she'd never amount to anything. The staff treated us so kindly, even taking care of our bags, and left us extra mints with a note hoping we'd enjoyed our stay. Please let housekeeping know you appreciated them, it can make their day. Our room had mold in a corner, and the Wi-Fi and cable weren't working. At night, the neighbors were yelling and broke our door so it wouldn't lock. The employees were lovely and deserve a raise.

I came here because I didn't want to spend $250+ on a 2-star hotel in Lincoln, NE, and ended up pleasantly surprised. The room and property were clean and kept up, the staff were really friendly, and breakfast was better than I expected. For what I paid, I got much more value than I thought I would. It's listed as 2-star, but with a few small tweaks it could easily be 3-star.

We've brought our construction crew here three times now, and each stay the rooms have been clean. It's nothing fancy, though. I took off a star because it feels a little overpriced compared with other Lincoln hotels we've stayed in that were about the same quality. Maybe that's because this isn't a chain like those places, I don't know. Anyway, I'd recommend it.

The room was great and the front desk people were nice. After checking out, we went golfing at the country club and then realized we'd left the $100 worth of alcohol we'd bought for an event in the refrigerator. We drove back to get it, but the front office said they usually hold lost items for 24 hours and couldn't find it. That seemed kind of shady to me. Just posting this so people know what happened and can be careful.

The AC worked perfectly and the rooms were very clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.
