Big Island Waikoloa Villas G203 3 Bedroom Condo

The room was fabulous, like a little palace with all the comforts you could want. But the neighborhood was another matter. It felt like being in The Walking Dead, minus the zombies. People were so unfriendly, like they were all trying to win a grumpiness contest. If you're after a lovely room with a side of “What on Earth is happening outside?”, this is the place. Five stars for the room, minus three for the community.

We felt harassed no matter what we did. My baby couldn't even toss a ball on the grass because the lady in the golf cart DEMANDS that we stop. Then neighbors tell us to shut up and go inside when we're outside. We've visited this island twice, and stayed at the Waikoloa resort 5 min away from queens market, which was WAY BETTER. People there just mind their own business. I can't recommend staying in this village. You can't even breathe without someone knocking to tell you to be quiet because they can hear every move you make. Ridiculous! And on top of that, we found rat poop on the bed and cockroaches in my son's bedroom.

We love living here. The apartments are great, the grounds are beautiful, and the pools are great too. It's always fun seeing the turkeys wandering around!

The staff were rude when giving information and directions, and the tenants weren't welcoming. The house was dirty, with a cockroach and black mold in the bathroom shower. There's no A/C, and the house had a bad humidity smell. Save your money and book at the waikoloa Beach Villas instead.
