Maui Hill #I-99

We stayed in unit #99, booked through Airbnb with Coldwell Banker Island vacations, and found it a really unpleasant place. We thought there was mold around the kitchen window, but the maintenance worker said it was just very dirty. A couple of days later, there was a huge live cockroach in the bathroom. We contacted Coldwell both times and basically got an apology, with no help or compensation while we waited for someone to come inspect it. As we were leaving, we stripped the sheets to help the maids and found a long black hair in the bed. Nobody on our trip had black hair. It was disgusting, and we were all shocked by how unclean the place was. I’ll never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend Coldwell banker Island Vacations for anything. A terrible company.
