Maui What A Wonderful B&B Pineapple Ste

Eva was such a warm, helpful host, quick to answer questions and lovely to chat with over morning coffee. The location was great, too. The room had its own outdoor sitting area, plenty of AC and fans for comfortable nights, and a thoughtful welcome tray, with water, fruit, and other goodies already in the fridge. There were also useful things like sunscreen and towels. Check-in was easy to follow, and the room itself was excellent, with lots of space, a great bathroom, and every amenity we needed. This B&B was an amazing find, much better for us than upscale hotels and a fraction of the price.

We spent two weeks here and loved it. The room and location were great, but the hosts were the best part. Try talking with Eva in the common area in the mornings, she has great suggestions and she's a HOOT! Highly recommend.

Jim & Eva were so warm and welcoming. They took care of a lot of things we hadn't even thought about needing until we arrived, and they had good suggestions for places to eat. Try Da Kitchen, it's great!

The price is super affordable for Maui, and I’d pick this place over any high-end resort. We stayed for a week, and Eva even moved us to a bigger room without us asking. Her 20+ years of hosting really show in all the little touches around the rooms and common spaces. She’s available and responsive, but still laid back, with great recommendations and connections. There are plenty of breakfast options and snacks, beach gear, kitchen supplies, and more. It's not right on the beach, but we could easily walk to several beach parks and restaurants. We had morning coffee on the deck, often greeted by her just-waking-up, super cute dogs, and watched sunsets on beaches nearby. Getting to the Makena area was convenient, and the place also gave us good access for drives to Hana, Haleakalā, Lahaina, and Waihee Ridge.
