TRU BY Hilton Wake Forest Raleigh North

I stayed at the Tru during the bad weather, and the room was nice and clean. The service was professional, and I enjoyed meeting Aaliyah and Jordan. They worked really well together, and their pleasant vibe made the place nice to be around. Aaliyah went out of her way to make me feel welcome. I look forward to staying again.

We were in town with my family for a funeral. The stay was pleasant, largely thanks to Laysha at the front desk. She was professional, very helpful, and friendly, and her customer service made us feel welcome. I’d visit again because of her and would ask for Laysha. Breakfast was included and wasn’t bad for something that came with the stay. My one complaint is that the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Joanne made a small gesture that meant a lot: she remembered me from the previous week, when I’d been sick, and asked right away whether I was feeling better. It made my stay memorable. She gave exceptional service.

I had to stay here in an emergency, and the front desk attendant made an already traumatic evening much worse. He was a bald, older man, and he was extremely unpleasant and short with me. I’ve stayed here before and the staff are usually great. I hope he can find it in himself to be kinder.
