We came from out of state for a one-night weekday stay. The room was spacious and clean, parking was plentiful, and the customer service was great. Boston Children’s Hospital isn’t too far, though allow time for traffic. We’d stay again.

The breakfast was delicious, and the amenities were top-notch. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I had a fantastic stay at this Marriott, and it’s a great choice for travelers.

I was here for a work event, not as a hotel guest. Everything was clean, and the hotel staff were really nice and attentive. They offer free coffee and assorted drinks at these events, which was a great touch.

When I got back to the room around 9:30 p.m., there were lots of ladybugs, dead and alive, in my bed. I told the front desk and asked for fresh linen, but because they were short staffed I had to go get it myself. They gave me two top sheets and no fitted sheet. I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep, so I made do. While changing the bedding, I saw how filthy the uncovered duvet from the night before was. My son had a rash that day, and I believe the duvet caused it. We thought about leaving, but it was late and we had two small kids with us, so we stayed. We checked both beds carefully and slept without the blanket. In the morning there were many more bugs. They seemed to be coming into the room from the HVAC unit. The next morning the manager apologized. She said she couldn’t refund me because I’d booked through Expedia, but offered enough points in my rewards account for a one-night stay. I thought that was fair and agreed. It never happened: I got less than half the points needed for a regular room on any given day. My follow-up emails about the difference went unanswered.
