I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The room was cold, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. There were only thin blankets, the shower gel was empty, and there was no microwave. TV options were limited, and housekeeping knocked before checkout time. I was charged more than at nicer hotels. Hilton, really?!

Shazia at the front desk was wonderful. She let us check in at noon, three hours before the usual 3 o'clock check-in, and upgraded my son to a suite because his second anniversary was on Christmas Day, December 25. Everything was closed, and I'd forgotten to get him chocolates and flowers. She was extra kind and arranged it with help from her manager Barack. Thank you both for making our stay comfortable. Happy New Year and God bless.

The renovation looks great. The rooms are clean, modern, and nice, with a small fridge. There isn't an elevator, but I didn't mind even on the second floor. Breakfast is a nice free continental spread from 6am to 10am: oatmeal, grits, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, bagels, and muffins. Walmart is right across the street.

The room was clean, and the hotel has been remodeled, so the walls are a bit thin. They do their best to keep quiet hours. The service was the best I've had in the area, ever. Quentin and the other front staff were kind, personable, and helpful around the clock. They really went above and beyond.

The walls are so thin I can hear the people next door talking loudly as I lie here trying to sleep. Last night there were loud noises too, probably doors slamming. There's no elevator, and breakfast was bad. Where are the bacon and scrambled eggs?
