The house was nice and the location was lovely, but Lincoln County's rental limits made it hard to have family over. We had a quiet dinner with three couples and three babies, and everyone had left by 7:30 p.m. Even so, we were contacted twice for “exceeding occupancy.” The listing never said only five people could be in the house at a time, and just two of us were staying overnight. If we want to see our loved ones on the coast, I guess we'll need to stay outside Lincoln County.
