The rental’s price is nowhere near what the place is worth, and I wouldn’t recommend booking it. The ocean view is oversold, with pine trees on the property blocking much of it. Inside, the kitchen feels dated and grimy: the drawers stick, there’s no disposal, and the old faucet handles had mold. The bathrooms were very low quality, and their drawers had old contact paper peeling up. The floors were sandy, the carpets stained and worn, and the wallpaper coming off. There’s no door between the house and garage, so cold, smelly air gets in. The closets are full of the owners’ personal belongings, with their photos on the walls. Even the plates and glasses are chipped and mismatched. It was a yucky, smelly, disorganized rental in Waldport, OR.
