It was an easy hotel to reach from the highway, and our family had a great stay. The pool was set up well for families, with steps into the water instead of just a ladder. Madison and Marisa made check-in really easy, which I appreciated with my wild toddler along. The rooms were well maintained, and I'd recommend the place to friends and family.

Getting to the Devos center for a trade show was easy from here, and it worked well for a few nights. It's about 15 minutes from downtown GR, with much easier parking for large trucks and trailers during city events. The hotel is clean and updated. We did have a small problem with the door locks and in-room HVAC, though.

Breakfast is free here, and while the choices were fewer than at other Marriott hotels I've stayed in, it was still sufficient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The woman at check-in had a great personality and got us settled very quickly, even with my requests for extra pillows and towels and a high floor. It's right off the highway, and I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.

I was originally booked at another nearby hotel for New Year's Eve, but cancelled and came here instead. Ann welcomed us warmly, was very kind, and even gave us a quick tour of the newer hotel. Clean, quiet, welcoming, and in a great, safe location. First impressions count, and Ann did a great job.

I've stayed here several times for work and have always had a good experience. Ann at the front desk made this trip one of the best customer service experiences I've had. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my room and stay. Ann rocks. I highly recommend the hotel.
